WEEK 1

LOOKING FOR A SUPERVISOR

During week 1, students in Final Year Project 1 (FYP 1) were required to find a supervisor for their project. The goal of having a supervisor is to guide, develop, and motivate students as they work on their projects. I added a list of potential lecturers from the Electronics department. I proposed Dr Siti Marwangi Bte Mohamad Maharum as my FYP supervisor.

I contacted Dr Siti via WhatsApp to discuss the title of my project. 'The Development of Car Parking System using MATLAB' is the title I chose. Then I tell Dr Siti about my FYP plan. Dr Siti advised me to conduct some basic research before deciding on a title.
