REPORT DRAFT SUBMISSION

The content of the report must be thoroughly reviewed. I used a plagiarism detector to ensure that my proposal had less than 30% plagiarism. My proposal passed the test plagiarism checker with a 15% plagiarism index, which is less than what is required.
